Privacy Policy — NinoCare
1. Who we are
NinoCare is developed by AHEZHULI HAILATI, an individual operating an IVF clinic management service in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Contact: privacy@nino.care
2. Roles: data controller and data processor
The IVF clinic that operates this NinoCare instance is the data controller for the patient and clinical data within the application.
NinoCare's developer acts as the data processor, providing and maintaining the software platform. The developer does not access patient data outside of break-glass technical support requested in writing by the operating clinic.
Currently operating clinics
- The IVF clinical team led by AHEZHULI HAILATI, operating in Tbilisi, Georgia (since 2026)
When NinoCare is licensed to additional clinics in the future, each operating clinic will be added to this list and will independently act as the data controller for its own patient data, under separate data processing agreements.
3. What data NinoCare handles
NinoCare is used by clinical staff (clinicians, embryologists, agency operators, lab technicians) to record:
- Patient identity (passport / national ID / contact information)
- IVF cycle records — stimulation, OPU, embryo culture, PGT, transfer, pregnancy outcome
- Sperm source and donor information
- Case reports (PDF) generated by the clinical team
- Internal pairing and supplement proposals between agencies
Data is entered by clinical staff acting on behalf of the operating clinic. NinoCare does not collect data from patients directly through this iOS application.
4. Where data is stored
- Authentication: Firebase Authentication (Google Cloud)
- Patient and cycle records: Firebase Realtime Database (Google Cloud)
- Document files (PDF, images): Firebase Cloud Storage
