Most IVF software helps one role complete one form. NinoCare follows the patient through the whole cycle, and gives the physician, the embryologist, and the nurse each a view tailored to what they actually need to read.
The physician's daily view
What the physician scans on rounds — today's monitoring patients, who is approaching trigger, current blastocyst rates, the week-ahead schedule. One screen, no clicking around.

Patient data is invisible to NinoCare staff by default.
At most IVF software vendors, developers and support staff can read patient names, passport numbers, and embryo records directly. NinoCare can't — by architecture, not by policy.
The clinic owns the data
Patient records live in the clinic's own Firebase project. Under GDPR and the Georgian Personal Data Protection Law, NinoCare LLC is a data processor — never a custodian. We don't see the data unless the clinic asks us to.
AI handles the routine
Passport OCR, PGT report cross-checks, QR verification — the routine work runs as code. Humans don't need to look at patient data to keep the system running.
Written request is the only exception
Technical support touches patient data only after a written request from the clinic. Every access is logged and retained for audit.

患者隐私默认对 NinoCare 员工不可见。
多数 IVF SaaS 厂商的开发与客服都能直接看到患者姓名、护照号、胚胎记录。NinoCare 看不到 —— 这是架构决定的,不是政策决定的。
数据所有权属于诊所
患者档案存放在诊所自己的 Firebase 项目里。NinoCare LLC 在 GDPR 与《格鲁吉亚个人数据保护法》框架下,只是数据处理方,不是托管方。除非诊所提出要求,我们不会去看这些数据。
AI 处理日常运维
护照 OCR、PGT 报告校对、扫码验证 —— 这些日常活由模型自动完成。工程团队不需要打开患者数据就能维护系统。
书面授权,是唯一例外
技术支持只有在收到诊所书面请求后,才会接触患者数据。每一次访问都会留痕,可供审计。
